Semi-Private Training Membership
This program is meant for someone who does not want personal training but wants the structure of a CFA workout.  With this training plan, you will come in on your own and follow the “workout of the day” or a specific workout a fitness coach gives you.  This still allows you to receive guidance and support every time you walk into the facility, so you can achieve your goals.  And be prepared because at anytime you could jump in with a group or individual and train with a fitness coach. 

 

One-on-One Personal Training
If you prefer individual attention, then this program is for you.  You will set up a weekly training schedule with a CFA fitness coach and he or she will guide you to achieving your goals.  There will be specific times when you will workout with another individual trying to accomplish similar goals.

 

Group Training
This training is for 2-6 individuals at a time.  You get the same attention as one-on-one training, but the price per session is more cost efficient.  If you like to be in a competitive atmosphere and like to be pushed, then this program is great for you. This option can be for small businesses, families, kids and athletes.

 

Team Training
Currently CFA is training the College of Sequoias Softball and Women’s Basketball teams.  This program is specifically meant for teams to train together and build their overall strength and conditioning in a progressive and structured manner.  The training plan will help prepare your team for the demands of your particular sport.
